What we are looking for:

A dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Head of Acquisition. This role´s objective is to manage the generation and identification of new leads and to smoothly convert these leads into actionable cases. This position is essential for communication and seamless interaction between our internal teams, legal professionals and other departments, and our clients. Additionally, this role will be instrumental in developing acquisition strategies and leading a team to implement them across various projects, such as diesel and casino cases.

Your mission
  • Managing an Acquisition team of eight members
  • Understands lead generation and online marketing funnels to bring leads into our system by using ZOHO as our CRM to create and monitor the leads life cycle
  • Implements strategies to increase conversions and retainment rates
  • Coordinates across different departments like marketing and IT to implement changes and increase our overview of the sales/acquisition process, to turn leads into cases
  • Creates a pipeline from lead acquisition strategies to conversion that can be distributed to different legal projects
  • Development of strategies to increase leads and find cases in the market
  • Uses communication skills to deal with external partners
  • ZOHO CRM and other CRM skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Sales training and strategies
Your profile
  • Minimum 3 years Acquisition/sales management experience
  • Comprehensive sales strategy knowledge
  • Experience with ZOHO and other CRMs
  • Strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills and track record in driving successful acquisition initiatives
  • Customer orientation, negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Training skills (sales and strategy)
  • Business fluent German and English
